Żelazny Most [ʐɛˈlaznɨ ˈmɔst] ("iron bridge") (German: Eisemost) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Polkowice, within Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Polkowice and 72 km (45 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
Satellite photos of Żelazny Most show a circular body of water with a 2 km radius. It is a flotation wastes depository, storing trailings from three adjacent copper mines.[2]
