The 1999 Denver mayoral election was held on 4 May 1999 in order to elect the Mayor of Denver. Incumbent Mayor Wellington Webb won re-election to a third term by a wide margin against his opponents and fellow Nonpartisan candidates Gill L. Ford, Richard O. Grimes and Stephannie S. Huey.[1]

General Election

The general election was held on 4 May 1999. Incumbent Mayor Wellington Webb won re-election by a margin of 36,023 votes against his foremost opponent and fellow Nonpartisan candidate Gill L. Ford, thereby retaining Democratic control over the office of Mayor of Denver, Colorado.
