The 2023–24 Ghana Premier League is the 68th season of the top professional association football league in Ghana.[1] The season started on 15 August 2023. Medeama are the defending champions. The winners will qualify for the CAF Champions League. The bottom three teams are relegated to the Division One League.

The competition was called the betPawa Premier League at the beginning of the season after a title sponsorship deal was signed with betPawa last season in August 2022. In November 2023, the title sponsorship deal was terminated by betPawa.[2]
