Jodie Burrage and Jil Teichmann defeated Léolia Jeanjean and Valeriya Strakhova in the final, 6–1, 6–4 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Transylvania Open.

Kirsten Flipkens and Laura Siegemund were the reigning champions,[1] but Flipkens retired from professional tennis in July 2023 and Siegemund chose to compete in Nanchang instead.
