U.S. Open Cup

The United States Soccer Federation has released the tentative schedule for the 2024 U.S. Open Cup, but it is currently not known when leagues will be entering.[17] Last season Lexington entered the second round, which is scheduled for April 2 or 3, 2024. In 2023, Lexington lost their inaugural US Open Cup match to second division side Louisville City FC, who compete in the USL Championship. The two sides are currently the only professional men's teams in Kentucky.[18][19]
