The 2024 Liga 2 season will be the 79th edition of the second tier of Federación Peruana de Futbol. This year's edition will start play in April 2024, and it is scheduled to end in October 2024.

Teams

18 teams will take part in the league in this season: the top 13 teams from the 2023 tournament (minus its champion Comerciantes Unidos and runner-up Los Chankas, promoted to 2024 Liga 1), plus the relegated teams of Liga 1, Binacional, Deportivo Municipal and Academia Cantolao, and promoted from Copa Perú, ADA and San Marcos as its champion and runner up, respectively.
