The 2024 London Marathon is the upcoming 44th running of the London Marathon, scheduled to take place on 21 April 2024.[1] The route includes the notable landmarks: Buckingham Palace, Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.[1] Over 500,000 people have already decided to partake and have applied via a ballot.[2]

Background

In 2023, the London Marathon reverted to its usual springtime slot; the previous three years were held in august due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.[2]
