The 2024 Premier Volleyball League First All-Filipino Conference is the upcoming fifteenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League and its sixth conference as a professional league.
The 2024 PVL season will have two All-Filipino Conferences, the same as the 2023 PVL season. The first All-Filipino Conference will begin on February 17, 2024, while the second All-Filipino Conference is expected to start in December.[1]
A total of ten teams will compete in this event; the two new club teams are expected to be announced before the start of the conference.[2][3] Meanwhile, F2 Logistics Cargo Movers and the Quezon City Gerflor Defenders disbands.[4][5] Strong Group Athletics takes over Gerflor's franchise.[6]

Team additions and transfers

Format
- Preliminary Round
- The ten teams will compete in a single round-robin elimination.
- Teams are ranked using the FIVB Ranking System.
- Top four teams will advance to the semifinals.
- Semifinals
- Best-of-three series.
- 1st ranked team vs. 4th ranked team
- 2nd ranked team vs. 3rd ranked team
- Finals
- Best-of-three series.
- Bronze medal: SF1 Loser vs. SF2 Loser
- Gold medal: SF1 Winner vs. SF2 Winner
Timeout
The timeout regulations was changed starting last Second All-Filipino conference in a bid to minimize match duration. A technical timeout lasting from one to two minutes will come to effect when one team reaches 13 points. Teams will have one regular timeout and another 30-second timeout for each set.[24]
Pool standing procedure
- First, teams are ranked by the number of matches won.
- If the number of matches won is tied, the tied teams are then ranked by match points, wherein:
- Match won 3–0 or 3–1: 3 match points for the winner, 0 match points for the loser.
- Match won 3–2: 2 match points for the winner, 1 match point for the loser.
- In case of any further ties, the following criteria shall be used:
- Set ratio: number of sets won divided by number of sets lost.
- Setpoint ratio: number of points scored divided by number of points allowed.
- Head-to-head standings: any remaining tied teams are ranked based on the results of head-to-head matches involving the teams in question.
