The 50th Kerala State Film Awards, presented by the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy were announced by the Minister for Cultural Affairs, A. K. Balan in Thiruvananthapuram on 13 October 2020. A total of 119 films competed for the awards.[1][2][3]
