Abot-Kamay na Pangarap (transl. The Dream Within Reach) is a Philippine television drama medical series broadcast by GMA Network. The series is based on the 1996 film of the same title. Directed by L.A. Madridejos, it stars Carmina Villarroel and Jillian Ward. It premiered on September 5, 2022 on the network's Afternoon Pr1me and Sabado Star Power sa Hapon line up replacing Apoy sa Langit. It is the longest running drama series of GMA Network in the 21st century.

Legacy
Actress Jillian Ward appeared in the 2023 Philippine TV series Royal Blood in a guest role, portraying the same character she played in Abot-Kamay na Pangarap.[6] Actor Richard Yap appeared in the 2023 Philippine TV series Magandang Dilag in a cameo role.[7]
Ratings
According to AGB Nielsen Philippines' Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement People in Television Homes, the pilot episode of Abot-Kamay na Pangarap earned a 6.3% rating.[8]
