Acacia disticha is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Goldfields-Esperance and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.[1]

The spreading shrub typically grows to a height of 0.6 to 12 metres (2 to 39 ft). It blooms from September to February and produces cream flowers.
