The Alagoas-black-throated trogon (Trogon muriciensis) is a critically endangered bird species of the family Trogonidae. It is endemic of Atlantic Forest, encountered only in Estação Ecológica de Murici, in Alagoas state of Brazil.[1][2][3]
It is differentiated from other trogons by its green head and yellow stomach. It also has a bright blue ring around its eyes. The wings exhibit a unique pattern from other trogons.[1]
