Alisa Summers is the stage name of Alex Hernandez,[1] an American retired[2] drag performer who is best known for competing in the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.[3][4]
Career
Alisa Summers began developing an interest in drag at the age of 18. She began performing as a drag queen at the age of 19. She was inspired to create her stage name by American rapper Lisa Lopes, a member of the girl group TLC.[5][6] In 2010, she won the title Miss Gay Florida USofA Newcomer and Miss Lakeland Newcomer.
Alisa Summers competed on the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. She was the first contestant eliminated, after placing in the bottom two on the first episode and losing a lip-sync against Jiggly Caliente to "Toxic" (2004) by Britney Spears.[7]
