Băbeni (Hungarian: Aranymező) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Băbeni, Ciocmani (Csokmány), Cliț (Csűrfalva), Piroșa (Pirosd) and Poienița (Kismező).
