Bahmanshir-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان بهمنشير جنوبي) is in the Central District of Abadan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,812 in 1,614 households.[3] There were 8,189 inhabitants in 1,970 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,943 in 2,793 households. The largest of its 17 villages was Tangeh-ye Yek, with 3,119 people.[2]
