Barry Trachtenberg is a historian and author who works as the Rubin Presidential Chair of Jewish History at Wake Forest University.[1] He appeared at the United States House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary hearing "Examining Anti-Semitism on College Campuses" and expressed concerns about proposed legislation's impact on free expression.[2]
