Batata horra (Arabic: بطاطا حرّة) is a vegetable dish. It consists of potatoes, red peppers, coriander, chili, and garlic that are all fried together in olive oil.[1]

Etymology

Baṯāṯā ḥārrah literally means "spicy potatoes".[2]
