Beaverville Township is one of twenty-six townships in Iroquois County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 609 and it contained 269 housing units.[2] Beaverville Township formed from portions of Papineau Township and Beaver Township in September, 1921.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 37.72 square miles (97.7 km2), of which 37.71 square miles (97.7 km2) (or 99.97%) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (or 0.03%) is water.[2]
