Beretinec is a village and municipality in Croatia in Varaždin County.
In the 2011 census, there were 2,176 inhabitants in the municipality, in the following settlements:[3]

- Črešnjevo, population 765
- Ledinec, population 175
- Ledinec Gornji, population 196
