Bigg Boss 17 also known as Bigg Boss: Dil, Dimaag aur Dum Ka Game is the seventeenth season of the Indian-Hindi language reality television show Bigg Boss.[1] It premiered on 15 October 2023 on Colors TV and JioCinema. Salman Khan is hosting the show for the fourteenth time.[2]

Production

Broadcast

A new segment - Just Chill with Arbaaz & Sohail aired on Sunday and is hosted by Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan. Like BB16's segment Bigg Bulletin with Shekhar Suman, roasting of housemates is done by the presenters. Weekend Ka Vaar aired on Fridays and Saturdays similar to Season 16. This time too, like the last season, eviction took place on Saturdays instead of Sundays. In Week 1 and Week 4, Weekend Ka Vaar was aired on Saturday and Sunday. For Week 7 and Week 13, Karan Johar hosted Weekend Ka Vaar in the absence of Salman Khan. Since Week 10, Weekend Ka Vaar aired on Saturdays and Sundays while Just Chill was merged in Weekend Ka Vaar. In Week 13, Weekend Ka Vaar was aired on Sunday and Monday. After BB12, it was first season to not get extended after 15 weeks. Consecutively 4 seasons before BB17 were extended from the range of minimum 2 weeks to maximum 5 weeks.

Concept

The concept of Bigg Boss 17 is "Dil, Dimaag, and Dum". The show's contestants are divided into three groups: "Dil" (Heart), "Dimaag" (Mind), and "Dum" (Strength). The contestants can choose to use any of the three approaches. Bigg Boss will participate in the game, forming alliances and showing favouritism.

The eye logo this season marked remarkable exceptions from the previous ones. It has a new orange colour palette, with many doors and windows releasing fire, and a blazing orange core acting as the pupil.[3]

House

The streets of Europe inspired the theme of the house of this season.[4] This house is referred as "Bigg Boss ka Muhallah" (trans. Bigg Boss’s Neighbourhood) with the three bedrooms as three different houses aka Makaans. There was no common dining area this season, instead, dining areas are incorporated into the respective three bedrooms. The Confession Room was designed in a Greek-Gothic style. This season, the house has 110 cameras, the highest among all the seasons.[5]

Release

On 15 September 2023, ColorsTV released a promo video on YouTube and social media, featuring Salman Khan highlighting the three new themes for this season.[6] Dil (Heart; love), Dimaag (Mind; wit) and Dum (Power; fierceness). Then on 23 September 2023, ColorsTV released three videos, each giving glimpses of the three new concepts with Salman Khan announcing the premiere date.[7]

Bedroom "Makaan" Allotment

The 3 bedrooms are depicted as 3 different houses resembling Dil, Dimaag and Dum. The bedrooms are:

  •   Dil Bedroom (Makaan No. 1): With a separate bathroom and washing area, the room's beautiful combination of white and pink creates an ideal atmosphere for couples to connect. The Therapy Room is a new feature that is included in this room for the season.
  •   Dimaag Bedroom (Makaan No. 2): Red dominates the room's design, accompanied by larger-than-life chess pieces that fit the theme. The Archive Room, where selected housemates can access house footage, is a new addition. Also, the members of this bedroom would be responsible for the conduct of duties in the house. After Day 60, the bedroom became the Captain's exclusive bedroom.
  •   Dum Bedroom (Makaan No. 3): The room is adorned with gothic artwork, featuring mostly black. It can be intimidating and challenge the confidence of a housemate. The dining area is exclusive, and a black miniature castle in the room houses the "Answering Machine" telephone.

Both Jigna and Sana presented their arguments, but Salman Khan declared that their arguments resulted in a tie, which meant that there would be no captain for the first week.

Events On Day 4, Bigg Boss called the press to the house to interview Jigna about her life story and struggles.

Week 2 Nominations On Day 9, the nomination process was conducted in three phases-
  • The Dum Housemates had to nominate eight housemates for eviction. They nominated Abhishek, Aishwarya, Isha, Khanzaadi, Munawar, Navid, Neil and Rinku.
  • The Dil Housemates had to save two of the housemates from the eight housemates nominated by the Dum housemates; they saved Abhishek and Isha.
  • The Dimaag Housemates had to replace three nominated housemates with three safe housemates for eviction; they replaced Munawar, Navid and Rinku with Sana, Soniya and Sunny.

In the end, Munawar from Dimaag Makaan had to announce every nominated contestant in a Mushaira in his style.

Khanzaadi, Neil, Aishwarya, Soniya, Sunny and Sana were nominated for second-week eviction.
Twists
  • On Day 9, Bigg Boss reshuffled the housemates into the 3 Makaans.
  • On Day 11, Bigg Boss created a new rule for the use of the kitchen. There would be three-time windows for the housemates to use the kitchen. First for breakfast after the morning anthem for 2 hours; second, for lunch for 3 hours and third for tea & dinner, also 3 hours. In this allotted time, only the members of one Makaan could use the kitchen at a time, and they could only cook food for their own Makaan. Every time Bigg Boss said, ‘The Kitchen is now open’ the kitchen would be open to use. When Bigg Boss said ‘The Kitchen is now closed’, the stove’s gas would turn off.
Tasks On Day 12, a Rap Battle for Luxury Ration was contested between Khanzaadi and Navid where Mannara was the host. The rest of the housemates were the judges.
Result By a majority of the votes, Navid won the Rap Battle and Luxury Ration. Navid chose Khanzaadi and Jigna alongside him to share the ration.
Punishments
  • On Day 8, Bigg Boss relaxed the rule of sleeping during the day and told contestants that they could sleep, but continuous arguments by Abhishek during this relaxation were penalized where Abhishek was punished and was not allowed to talk to any housemate in one-to-one conversations till Bigg Boss’s next command.
  • Due to the breakage of rules twice, Bigg Boss first shortened the time for lunch and dinner to 1 hour, then to 48 minutes.

Week 3 Entrances
  • On Day 13, Manasvi Mamgai entered the house as a wild card contestant.

Nominations On Day 16, Shikari Makdi ka Jaal nomination process was conducted in two phases -
  • All housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction by placing Spider's web on their faces.
  • Dimaag Housemates had to nominate one housemate from safe housemates by a mutual decision.
Sana, Samarth, Arun, Isha and Manasvi were nominated for third-week eviction.
Tasks On Day 17, the Whole ration was collected from the house. After that Bigg Boss announced that every Makaan had to get a ration by winning it in a task where they would get a chance to collect the ration from the storeroom in 2 minutes. The task was to be conducted in rounds where round 1 was between Ankita of Makaan No.1 and Mannara of Makaan No.2 and Sana was the supervisor of the first round.
Result Due to chaos during the task announcement, Bigg Boss started the task before the rules were told to the housemates as a punishment. Dimaag Housemates won the first round but Abhishek interrupted during the collection of ration which resulted in the cancellation of Dil and Dum housemates receiving ration. The Dimaag Housemates earned 2 minutes to collect as much ration as they could from the store room. Dil and Dum Housemates got daily basic ration.
Punishments On Day 16, Manasvi wrote “Anurag is a traitor” on the camera mirror of the wall in the bathroom area, due to which the rule of interruption in the show’s shooting was violated. Bigg Boss stated that there would be a balance sheet of all the rules that the housemates had broken, which would later have an impact on all of the housemates.

On Day 18, a task by Glance was conducted in three rounds where housemates would compete to get a hamper by Glance.
  • First Round - Push-up Challenge - Neil, Anurag, Vikki, Sunny, Abhishek and Samarth would have to do push-ups whilst yelling the name of a housemate they hate. Munawar was the judge. Neil won the first round.
  • Second Round - Ball-Bucket Challenge - Navid, Rinku, Manasvi, Aishwarya, Isha and Mannara would have to throw 5 tennis balls into their respective buckets. Whoever had the most balls in their bucket would win. Ankita was the supervisor. This round resulted in a tie between Rinku and Aishwarya, and both won one hamper.
  • Third Round - Aaj Ki Taaza Khabar - Sana, Khanzaadi, Munawar, Arun, Jigna and Ankita would have to act as reporters and give some news on current events in the house. Rinku was the judge. Sana won the final round.
On Day 18, Lotus Whiteglow Herbals gifted two hampers to both married couples as a gift for Karva Chauth.
Exits On Day 20, Manasvi Mamgai was evicted after facing public votes.
Week 4 Nominations Jinn Ki Gufa

On Day 23, Jinn Ki Gufa was created for the process of nomination. Housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction from their Makaan where Makaans Dil & Dum housemates voted earlier respectively. After the Dil and Dum Makaan’s nominations, Dimaag Makaan Housemates had a right to identify who are the nominated housemates where they had to guess correctly whether they would be safe along with nominating 2 safe housemates for eviction, while if they didn’t they had to nominate 2 housemates from their Makaan for eviction by mutual decision. Dimaag Makaan Housemates guessed Neil, Aishwarya, Isha, Arun, Sunny, Anurag & Samarth in the first attempt. One guess was wrong so Bigg Boss gave a second chance where they changed the name of Isha to Abhishek which was again wrong due to which they had to nominate 2 housemates for eviction by mutual decision.

Ankita, Aishwarya, Neil, Anurag, Sunny, Arun, Samarth, Navid and Mannara were nominated for fourth-week eviction.
Twists On Day 22, the robbery of ration by Dil Makaan housemates from Dimaag Makaan was taken into consideration by Bigg Boss, due to which Bigg Boss gave a one-time offer to the Dil Makaan housemates where they would get 5 items of their choice, but in return, they have to remove one housemate from their Makaan who would live in the Chowk. After a discussion between Dil Makaan housemates, they chose Abhishek for Makaan Nikala and he lived in Chowk where he received daily basic ration but could not use any of the facilities of the Dil Makaan.
Tasks On Day 24, after taking notice of the robbery and exchange of ration in the house, a task for ration was conducted between "Team TV" which was Makaan No. 1 and "Team OTT" which was Makaan No. 3 where Makaan No. 2 housemates would judge this verbal battle which would be conducted in three rounds. Three pairs would contest off where Makaan No. 1 housemate would praise themselves for their presence in the house and Makaan No. 3 housemate would troll their opponent. After declaring, the winner of the round would decide distribution between the three Makaans on their basis.

Immunity On Day 26, Race for Power is held where three girls Ankita, Khanzaadi and Sana are possessed by Manjulika as she comes to the house. They love to do makeup in front of the mirror so they would do that the whole time and while doing that they would decide among themselves who would get a chance to remove three housemates from the race by throwing Gulaal on them. Before removing housemates, they would dance to Mere Dholna song. There would be five rounds and out of five, in the last round only one can be removed.

Sponsored On Day 27, TRESemmé brought a task for the female housemates. In this task, there would be three pairs who would compete against each other. The three pairs have style their hair with any one of the 6 styles given by TRESemmé Appliances. After styling, pairs would ramp walk where the photographer Munawar would take 2 pictures of each pair and stick them onto the TRESemmé Style Wall. Jigna and Rinku would judge the ramp walk and styling. Judges would declare one pair as a winner who would get Hamper by TRESemmé.

On Day 28, Veeba gifted housemates with Veeba Mayonnaise and spread as a mark of celebrations of Diwali.

Week 5 Nominations On Day 32, Nomination process was conducted in two phases -
  • All housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction by extinguishing the diyas of housemate by pressing buzzer in front of the respective housemates.
  • Dimaag Housemates had to nominate one housemate from safe housemates by a mutual decision.
Anurag, Ankita, Sunny, Khanzaadi and Abhishek were nominated for fifth-week eviction.
Twists
  • On Day 30, Bigg Boss reshuffled the housemates into the 3 Makaans.
  • On Day 34, Salman Khan told housemates that India has well performed in ICC Men's CWC 2023 where they reached the final and will play Australia. To mark this, 5 housemates as batters would play each 3 balls in box and score runs where 6th batter would be Salman Khan. Dimaag housemate Vikki announced team of 5 which included Vikki, Munawar, Abhishek, Samarth and Neil. Housemates scored 54 runs which resulted them to get 54 hours for kitchen to be open.
Tasks Ration Task - BB Cards

On Day 33, BB Cards was conducted for the weekly ration during the BB Diwali Bash. The game had three rounds. Each round would involve three players (one of each Makaan) and two dealers where the dealers would hand three cards to each player. The cards had a photo of any housemate. The players have to point out flaws of the housemate on their respective cards and prove that they have the worst cards. The players would then reveal their cards when instructed to by Bigg Boss. The dealers will then decide who was the best player out of the three. After declaring, the winner of the round would decide the distribution of ration between the three Makaans on their basis.

  • On Day 30, Anurag was nominated by Bigg Boss for the rest of the season for damaging house property.
  • On Day 33, due to sharing of Galaxy Chocolates which was only exclusive for Dil Housemates, rule was broken and Bigg Boss seized Galaxy Chocolates box.

On Day 34, Dabur Red BAE Fresh Gel awarded a Jodi with hamper which brought freshness in House where they BAE (Before Any Else) of each other. It was Isha and Samarth's Jodi who got awarded.

Week 6 Nominations On Day 37, an eviction was conducted in two phases -
  • Dimaag Housemates were called in to the Archive Room to nominate three housemates for eviction on the basis of housemates who are living on borrowed period or grace period (housemates who have the least contribution towards the issues in the house).
  • The three housemates nominated were from the Dum Makaan, so the safe housemates from the Dum Makaan had to mutually decide to evict one while no housemates were nominated from the Dil Makaan so they had no right to vote whereas Dimaag housemates had already nominated three housemates so they were out of the process.
Rinku, Jigna and Navid were nominated for post fifth-week direct eviction.
Patjhad Ka Mausam

On Day 38, the nomination process was conducted in the activity area where Patjhad Ka Mausam had come in house. The names of housemates were on leaves of a tree where at the end of process those leaves with the names of the housemates are still on the tree would be safe while the leaves of the names of the housemates which are not on the tree would be nominated. Each housemate would be called under the tree where one leaf would have a name of housemate and it would be highlighted then the housemate under the tree would have 5 minutes to decide whether they want to keep the leaf on the tree or not.

Jigna, Sunny, Sana, Ankita and Anurag were nominated for sixth-week eviction.
Tasks On Day 40, task for ration was conducted. In this task, 2 Warehouses of ration would be in the garden which are owned by Makaan No. 2. Makaan No. 1 & Makaan No. 3 need to steal ration from the warehouses. After the wake-up alarm, Makaan No. 2 housemates would set up obstacles, blocking the tunnel which leads to the warehouses, till the snoring sound plays. After the snoring sound, Makaan No. 2 would sleep inside their sleeping bags and 2 housemates from Makaan No. 1 and Makaan No. 3 would go into Warehouse No. 1 by crossing the tunnel and there would be time till the wake-up alarm for them to rob ration for their respective Makaans by keeping ration in bags. The process would then be repeated for Warehouse No. 2.
Result In Round 1 of the task, Mannara's persistent comments to Samarth to save some ration for Makaan No. 2 violated the rules, and Bigg Boss promptly canceled the task. He further instructed the housemates not to share any ration, as doing so would incur punishment later on. This was a clear message from Bigg Boss that following the rules and fair play were paramount in the Bigg Boss house.
Punishments
  • Day 39: Bigg Boss calls out the housemates for their slobbish ways and demands they clean up their act. He gives them an hour to clean and organize the house, or risk losing some of their possessions.
  • On Day 39, Bigg Boss decided to cut kitchen time in half and take away all the fruits due to some housemates (Arun, Sunny, and Khanzaadi) messing with the items that were being seized.

On Day 40, Dabur Red BAE Fresh Gel brought a task where two teams would compete against each other to create a refreshing advertisement for Dabur Red BAE Fresh Gel. After both teams create an advertisement, judges would gift hamper to winning team.

Week 7 Entrances On Day 41, Orhan Awatramani entered the house as a guest entrant.
Nominations On Day 44, the nominations were conducted. The nominated Anurag was asked to ride a bike with chained bikes attached, and he had to nominate one person to stand on each bike.

Khanzaadi, who had broken the rules by discussing nominations, was also nominated and forced to stand on one of the chained bikes.

The chain reaction continued, with each nominated person having to nominate another person, resulting in 7 people standing on chained bikes, and Anurag riding the main bike.

Anurag, Khanzaadi, Rinku, Vikki, Neil, Ankita, Mannara and Arun were nominated for seventh-week eviction.
Tasks Party With Orry

The task required each Makaan to host a party for the guest entrant, Orry. Orry had to hop between the parties and choose the best one.

Makaan No. 1 emerged victorious and won the task. Their reward was a luxurious dinner for the day, as well as the power to raid Makaan No. 2 and take whatever ration they wanted.

  • On Day 45, Bigg Boss asked the Dimaag Housemates to decide if Anurag's full season nomination punishment should be revoked. After deliberation, they decided to revoke it, but with a catch: they had to nominate another housemate for the full season. Neil was chosen as the replacement nominee.
  • On Day 46, Bigg Boss told Neil that he had the power to control the ration for the week and decide how it should be distributed among the three Makaans.
Sponsored On Day 46, Smith & Jones Pasta Masala conducted a task between two teams where one member would be the chef, who would make pasta with Smith & Jones Pasta Masala, and the other member has to be the team’s sale manager, who has to sell it to judges.

Week 8 Nominations BB Coffee Shop

On Day 51, the nomination task was conducted in the activity area, where BB Coffee Shop was set up. Neil, already nominated for the rest of the season, acted as the owner of the shop and served coffee to all the housemates, who were then given the task of splashing the coffee on the housemates they wanted to nominate. Each housemate was called into the shop one by one, and the housemates who wanted to nominate them would take coffee and splash it on that person. Immunity BB Samrajya

On Day 54, immunity task was held in the garden area where a map of the BB house is placed along with three sets of soldiers i.e. red, green and blue. Each Makaan had to choose a housemate to fight for immunity. Neil and Arun were chosen from Makaan No. 1 and 2 respectively. Makaan No. 3 failed to choose a housemate. Neil, king of the blue soldiers and Arun, king of the red soldiers will fight for maximum territory of the house on the map. Both kings will have two housemates playing for them at one time by placing the soldiers in different areas of the map for territory. This will take place for two hours after which the supervisor Khanzaadi decided which king has maximum territory covered in the map.

Captaincy Task On Day 60, the garden area consisted of a giant vulture. Each housemate was provided with a piece of flesh and upon hearing the sound of vulture, the first three housemates to reach the red box adjacent to the vulture would put the piece of flesh written with the name of the housemate they want to remove from captaincy race in the nest of the vulture. This took place for five rounds and the last housemate remaining would become the captain.

Tasks BB Currency

On Day 59, each housemate except Munawar was given 5000 BB Currency which they had to use to choose between buying a ticket to Munawar's standup show or buying personal luxury ration items worth 5000 BB Currency. Munawar was given the task to convince the housemates into buying tickets for his show as his personal luxury ration items would depend on it.

Result Munawar convinced all housemates except Aishwarya, Anurag and Aoora into buying his tickets. These three housemates bought their personal luxury ration items while Munawar was granted 10000 BB Currency by Bigg Boss for his own personal luxury ration items due to his successful standup show.
Punishments On Day 61, captain Munawar decided to revoke Ankita's private medical service for the rest of the season due to rule breaking of getting outside information.

  • On Day 62, during eviction process of Week 9, one out of four nominated housemates had a chance of getting safe by pressing their buzzer first. If any housemate presses it then time for kitchen would be reduced to 12 hours for the week. As Abhishek pressed the buzzer and got safe, kitchen time was reduced to 12 hours.
  • On Day 63, a timer of 12 hours was set up in the kitchen along with a gong to signal the opening and closing of the kitchen for use.
Captaincy Task On Day 67, the garden area was converted to an apple garden. Munawar will be the owner of the garden. The rest of the housemates were divided into two teams. On playing of Chikni Chameli song, Munawar will be distracted and will start dancing. At that time, two members from both teams will raid the garden and steal apples. Two members each of both teams at a time will make the boxes in the meantime. On hooting of the siren, the quality inspector from both teams will inspect the apple boxes of opposite team and will accept or reject the boxes. Aishwarya was the Team A's quality inspector while Ankita was the quality inspector from Team B. The members of the team with maximum approved boxes will be captaincy contenders.

Week 11 Nominations On Day 72, Captain Isha was given the task to rank all the other housemates on the basis of how deserving they are to stay in the house except Neil, who was already nominated. Each ranking corresponded to number of hours added to kitchen time for the week if the housemate was nominated.

Captaincy Task BB Party

On Day 74, BB Party was conducted for the captaincy task. Aoora was the performer in the party. Munawar and Isha were the bartenders and supervisors for the task. On playing of the fight sound, the bartenders would provide one bottle each to the first three housemates to reach the bar and they would smash it on the housemate they want to remove from captaincy race. This would take place for three rounds. In the final round, the first housemate to reach would remove any housemate from the race. The housemate who is remaining in the last would become the captain.

Tasks On Day 75, a courtroom was set up in the garden area where a case hearing was conducted on Munawar. Ankita acted as the defence lawyer for Munawar and Vikki acted as the prosecutor. Aoora and Arun were the judges. Rest of the housemates were in the audience and were called as witnesses.
Result Munawar was found guilty of the allegations imposed by Aoora and Arun.
Punishments On Day 72, due to breaking of rules during the nomination task, the task was cancelled after one round and Captain Isha had to directly nominate two housemates for eviction. She nominated Abhishek and Ayesha.

On Day 80, a nuclear reactor was set up in the activity area. The nominations were conducted in a chain reaction process where Aoora being the outgoing captain got the right to start the chain by nominating the first contestant. Housemates had a choice to nominate another contestant and continue the chain or break the chain to end the nomination process.
Ayesha, Aoora, Abhishek, Samarth, Munawar and Arun were nominated for twelfth-week eviction.
Twists On Day 83, captain Ankita approved two resolutions from Barbaadi Ke Resolutions task in last week's Just Chill segment. The resolutions were that Abhishek and Mannara had to act as slaves for Ankita and Ayesha respectively.
Captaincy Task On Day 81, the garden area was converted into a snowy mountain scene. It consists of three hills and a hut. The three ex-captains Munawar, Isha and Aoora each would meditate in front of their hills. At that time, the other housemates will try to disturb them by telling why other housemates don't deserve to be a captain. At the sound of the warning siren, a snow storm would come and all the housemates would hide in the hut. The three ex-captains would then eliminate a housemate from the captaincy race. After five rounds, the last remaining housemate would become the captain.

Tasks Ration Task

On Day 82, captain Ankita was called in the Archive Room where a buzzer was present. The whole weekly ration was present in Makaan No. 2. Each housemate would be called in the Makaan and will have to take their weekly personal ration till Ankita presses the buzzer.

One member of each team had to put paint on opponent's toilet seats, second member had to protect the seats while the third member had to clean their team's seat. In Day 83, TRESemmé brought a task for the female housemates as TRESemmé Glam Night. In this task, the female housemates would have to use TRESemmé products to copy the hairstyles of other female housemates and make reels by acting like them.

Mannara had to copy Isha, Isha had to copy Ayesha, Ankita had to copy Mannara and Ayesha had to copy Ankita.

First on Day 94, all four members of Team A had to press their respective buzzers while being locked in a cage and diagonally opposite members would be tied with bungee ropes in pairs of two for as long as possible with a maximum time of 2 hours. During this time, Team B would try to remove Team A members's hands from the buzzers without the use of force. They can put things on Team A to remove them. If a member remove their hands, the other member of the pair would be eliminated as well. The time would stop when all the members would be eliminated. On Day 95, the roles would be reversed. At the end, the team which will survive for the maximum time would be the winner and will be safe from nominations while the other team members would be nominated for the week.

Nomination Notes

  • ^1 : On First Day First Show, Jigna & Sana were chosen as Captaincy Contenders. Both fought in Verbal Dangal but it resulted in Tie which resulted in no Captain for Week 1.
  • ^2 : On Day 2, Housemates had to nominate one housemate for eviction from their Makaan (Bedroom).
  • ^3 : On Day 9, the Nomination process was conducted in three phases respectively - 1. Dum Housemates had to nominate eight housemates from the house. 2. Dil Housemates had to save two housemates from eight nominated by Dum housemates. 3. Dimaag Housemates had to replace three nominated contestants with three safe contestants for eviction.
  • ^4 : On Day 13, Sana and Soniya were declared as Bottom 2. Housemates excluding Sana, Soniya and Manasvi have to vote out one among them for eviction based on their impact in the house.
  • ^5 : On Day 16, Housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction and at last, Dimaag Housemates had a right to nominate one housemate from safe housemates by mutual decision.
  • ^6 : On Day 23, Housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction from their Makaan where Dil & Dum Makaan Housemates voted earlier respectively and at last, Dimaag Makaan Housemates had a right to identify who are nominated housemates where they identify correctly they will be safe along with nominating two safe housemates for eviction while if they don't they have to nominate two housemates from their Makaan for eviction by mutual decision.
  • ^7 : On Day 26, Rinku won Race for Power and she got immuned from Week 5's Nominations.
  • ^8 : On Day 30, Anurag was nominated by Bigg Boss for the rest of the season due to property damage.
  • ^9 : On Day 32, Housemates had to nominate two housemates for eviction and at last, Dimaag Housemates had a right to nominate one housemate from safe housemates by mutual decision.
  • ^10 : On Day 37, Dimaag Housemates had to nominate three housemates for eviction on the basis of housemates who are living on borrowed period or grace period and at last, as all of three housemates nominated were from Dum Makaan so safe housemates from Dum Makaan had to mutually decide to evict one while none was from Dil Makaan so they had no right to vote whereas Dimaag housemates had already nominated three.
  • ^11 : On Day 38, Housemates had to decide whether they want to save or nominate a highlighted housemate out of all when they have right.
  • ^12 : On Day 44, Nomination process was conducted in chain reaction where prior nominated Anurag would decide next housemate who would be directly nominated with him after which nominated contestant would get chance to nominate other housemate and this process would continue for six times. Khanzaadi was directly nominated by Bigg Boss due to violation of discussing nominations where she told housemates to nominate her.
  • ^13 : On Day 48, Sunny was ejected as he physically handled Abhishek.
  • ^14 : On Day 45, Anurag was replaced by Neil for being nominated for full season after decision by Dimaag Housemates.
  • ^15 : On Day 51, Housemates had to nominate whichever housemate they want to and while one housemate would be nominated if that housemate has to face three or more housemates nominating him/her.
  • ^16 : On Day 54, Arun won the immunity task and was immuned from Week 9's Nominations.
  • ^17 : On Day 58, Housemates had to nominate two other housemates for eviction excluding Neil and Arun.
  • ^18 : On Day 66, Housemates had to choose a representative who had to nominate two other housemates on their behalf for eviction excluding Neil and captain Munawar and at last, captain Munawar had the power to directly nominate one more housemate.
  • ^19 : On Day 70, Captain Isha had option to chose eviction on basis of public votes or on basis of her decision which would be made on the grounds of account sheet of nominated contestants' rule breaks during season which was kept as a punishment given to housmemates by Bigg Boss in earlier week. Captain Isha had right for direct eviction if she chose second option.
  • ^20 : On Day 72, Housemates had to nominate by getting chance to pick up a ringing phone in Makaan No. 3 where they had to compete to reach upto it. At last, Captain Isha had right to nominate two housemates for eviction.
  • ^21 : On Day 77, Ayesha was taken out of house due to medical reasons.
  • ^22 : On Day 78, Ayesha re-entered the house after getting medical treatment outside.
  • ^23 : On Day 79, Current captain and ex captains had to nominate one housemate for eviction. After nomination, other housemates had right for vote one housemate for direct eviction among nominated housemates on the basis of least deserving in house.
  • ^24 : On Day 80, Nomination process was conducted in chain reaction where one housemate would nominate any other housemate then that nominated housemate would nominate any other housemate and the process goes on till it breaks.
  • ^25 : On Day 83, Captain Ankita had right to decide on Abhishek's ejection as the latter physically hit Samarth on Day 81.
  • ^26 : On Day 84, Abhishek re-entered the house after consultation of matter with housemates.
  • ^27 : On Day 86, Housemate can be nominated if he/she gets three or more votes from other housemates after respected housemate name is taken by Captain Ankita.
  • ^28 : On Days 94 and 95, Nominations were conducted in a task between two teams where whichever team wins would be safe from nominations and other team would be nominated.
