The Canadian National Security Council is a Canadian Cabinet committee that "Serves as a forum for strategic decision-making and for sharing analysis of intelligence in its strategic context".[1]
First announced by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in July 2023,[2] its full memmbership was announced on 27 September 2023, with the following members:
