The Central District of Abyek County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان آبیک) is in Qazvin province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Abyek.[3]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 68,350 in 17,911 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 75,993 people in 21,682 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 78,157 inhabitants in 24,098 households.[2]
In November 2019, the villages of Qeshlaq and Ziaran were elevated to city status.[6]
