Chalanchulan (Persian: چالانچولان, also Romanized as Chālānchūlān and Chālān Chūlān)[3] is a city in, and the capital of,Silakhor District of Dorud County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 1,094 in 277 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,478 people in 390 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,223 people in 609 households.[2]
