Clement Chima Nwafor was a Nigerian surgeon and politician. He served as the first civilian Deputy Governor of Abia State from 1992 to 1993.[1][2][3][4]

He is the father of Engr. Enyinnaya Nwafor, the founder of Tunnel End, and Rock Waters Integrated Services Ltd., two construction companies headquartered in Aba.[5]
