Daniel Malachi Stilitz KC (born 1 August 1968) is a British barrister at 11KBW Chambers.[1]

He was educated at William Ellis School, New College, Oxford, graduating with a degree in philosophy, politics and economics in 1990, and City, University of London, graduating with an MA in 1992 and a diploma in law.[2] He was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1992.[2]

A previous critic of Boris Johnson, he was chief counsel to the civil service during their investigation into Partygate.[3]
