Dhak Plahi is a village in Phagwara Tehsil in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Kapurthala, 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from Phagwara. The village is administrated by a Sarpanch, who is an elected representative.

Demography

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Dhak Plahi has 54 houses with the total population of 263 persons of which 146 are male and 117 females. Literacy rate of Dhak Plahi is 82.45%, higher than the state average of 75.84%. The population of children in the age group 0–6 years is 18 which is 6.84% of the total population.
