Dorunak Rural District (Persian: دهستان درونک) is in Zeydun District of Behbahan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,380 in 1,213 households.[3] There were 4,875 inhabitants in 1,211 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,311 in 1,199 households. The largest of its 28 villages was Dorunak, with 684 people.[2]
