Dylan Eitharong (Thai: ดีแลน เอียธรงค์) is a Thai-American chef and owner of Haawm (หอม), a private Thai restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand.[1][2][3] Born in Florida, Eitharong operated Bangrak Thai Street Kitchen, a pop-up in Orlando.[4][5] He moved to Bangkok in 2019 and opened Haawm out of his aunt's house in On Nut, serving seven course meals inspired by classical Thai cuisine.[6][7][8][9] Haawm is a play on words, with it's Thai transliteration meaning "smells good" and English a homophone for "home".[10]
