'Gerardo Xavier Hernández Tapia (born 29 October 1968) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. He served as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the State of Mexico.[1] Hernandez Tapia, while city mayor and congressman was accused of corruption. [2][3]
