Gheyzaniyeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان غيزانيه) is in Gheyzaniyeh District of Ahvaz County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 11,636 in 2,066 households.[3] There were 11,692 inhabitants in 2,605 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,938 in 3,130 households, by which time it had become a part of the newly established Gheyzaniyeh District.[5] The largest of its 62 villages was Nezeheh, with 2,947 people.[2]
