Gmina Wądroże Wielkie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Wądroże Wielkie, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) north-east of Jawor and 50 km (31 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 89.15 square kilometres (34.42 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 3,931.
