Gramercy was founded in 1998 by Robert Koenigsberger, who acts as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.[6] [7] Chief Operating Officer is Scott Seaman. One of the firm's advisors is Mohamed El-Erian[8] The firm is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut.
