Gregorio Barradas Miravete (8 February 1982 – 8 November 2010) was a Mexican peasant and politician.
He was born in Juan Rodríguez Clara, Veracruz, in 1982[1]—town he eventually lead as mayor.[2] Barradas had also been a congressman[1] and was married to Xochitl,[2] who became a widow on 8 November 2010, when he was kidnapped and killed.[3]
