Harpenden and Berkhamstead is a proposed constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament.[1] Further to the completion of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, it will first be contested at the next general election. The first candidate selected was Victoria Collins for the Liberal Democrats

The constituency will comprise the following areas:
- Harpenden, Redbourn, Sandridge and Wheathampstead, transferred from Hitchin and Harpenden (to be renamed Hitchin)
- Berkhamsted and Tring, transferred from South West Hertfordshire
- A sparsely populated rural area connecting the above two areas, transferred from Hemel Hempstead
