Helicia nortoniana, also named Norton's silky oak, is a species of rainforest trees, of northeastern Queensland, Australia, from the flowering plant family Proteaceae.[4][5][6][7][8]
It is endemic to the rainforests of the Wet Tropics region, from sea level to around 1,000 m (3,300 ft) altitude.[4][5][6][7][8]
It has been recorded growing up to about 20 m (66 ft) tall.[7][8]
