Horní Habartice (German: Ober Ebersdorf) is a municipality and village in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Horní Habartice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Děčín, 25 km (16 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 75 km (47 mi) north of Prague.
