IVPN is a VPN service offered by IVPN Limited (formerly Privatus Limited) based in Gibraltar. Launched in 2009, IVPN operates using the WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IKEv2 protocols.[2][3]

Features

Privatus Limited has been independently audited by Cure53 and has undergone a no-logging audit[4] and a comprehensive pentest report.[5] They accept Bitcoin, Monero, PayPal, credit cards, and cash as payment methods and all of their clients are open source.[6] IVPN is supported by FlashRouters, a company that specializes in providing custom-flashed routers for VPN users.[7][8]

Reception

In a September 2017 review by PCWorld, IVPN received 4 1/2 out of 5 stars and was awarded their Editor's Choice Award in 2017.[9]

The service has also been reviewed by PC Magazine,[10] and TorrentFreak.[11]
