Ilijić (Serbian: Илијић) is a Serbo-Croatian language surname with the meaning "son of Ilija".
Ilija is the Croatian version of Elijahu which in Hebrew means “my God is Jahwe”. Some Jews carrying that name were later Christianised.[1]
