Ivan Dimitrov Karayotov (Bulgarian: Иван Димитров Карайотов) was a Bulgarian archaeologist and historian who studied ancient and medieval archaeology and history.

He worked at the Regional Museum of Burgas from 1972.

Karayotov died in 2018.
