Jacqueline Durran is a British costume designer. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career spanning over two decades, including two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, and an Costume Designers Guild Award.
Durran created costumes for either independent films or blockbusters and became particularly noted for her prolific work in period dramas. She has been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Costume Design eight times, winning two awards for Anna Karenina (2012) and Little Women (2019). She has also received nine nominations for the BAFTA Award for Best Costume Design, winning three awards for Vera Drake (2004), Anna Karenina, and Little Women. Durran has been a frequent collaborator with directors Mike Leigh and Joe Wright, having designed the costumes for six of Leigh's films and seven of Wright's.
