Jacques André (25 February 1919 2 April 1988) was a French fighter pilot in the Normandie-Niemen Regiment, which flew on the Eastern Front of World War II. He was one of four french citizens awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.[1]

After World War II he competed in the men's 400 metres hurdles at the 1948 Summer Olympics.[2]
