Justino Hernández Hilaria (born 14 April 1955) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2000 to 2003 he served as Deputy of the LVIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing San Luis Potosí.[1] He previously served as municipal president of Tamazunchale from 1991 to 1994 and as a local deputy in the LV Legislature of the Congress of San Luis Potosí.
