Lake City Football Club (also known as Lake City) is an Indian professional football club based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. They currently compete in Madhya Pradesh Premier League. They are the current champions of MPPL after winning the 2022–23 season.[1]
History
Lake City Football Club, a club based out of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is founded in year 2022 by Jagran Lakecity University. They play theirs home matches in Jagran Lakecity University ground.
In 2023, Lakecity was nominated by Madhya Pradesh Football Association for 2023–24 I-League 3 season as being the champions of Madhya Pradesh Premier League. Lakecity finished 2nd in group A of I-League 3, thus failing to qualify for Playoffs of I-League 3 2023 season.[2][3][4][5]
