This is the list of chapters and colonies of Phi Mu, a National Panhellenic Conference sorority, in order of formation. Active chapters are noted in bold, inactive chapters are noted in italics. In some cases a naming convention appears to utilize a first letter indicative of a state or region, thus many Pennsylvania chapter designations begin with "Phi"; however there are some exceptions to this rule where a name was derived from a predecessor local. Where no predecessor is noted the chapter evolved from a colony.
