Mayberry Branch is a stream in Reynolds County in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of the Black River.[2]

The stream headwaters arise at 37°18′N 90°48′W / 37.3°N 90.8°W / 37.3; -90.8[1] at an elevation of approximately 920 feet.[2] The stream flows southeast and east for about five miles to its confluence with the Black River[2] at 37°20′10″N 90°47′30″W / 37.33611°N 90.79167°W / 37.33611; -90.79167 at an elevation of 577 feet.[1]

Mayberry Branch has the name of the local Mayberry family.[3]
