Abul Kalan Azad he is a retired Bangladesh Civil Service officer, politician and Member of Parliament. He was elected to parliament from Jamalpur-5 as a candidate of Bangladesh Awami League in 2024.[1][2] He has previously served as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Economic Relations Division, Power Division and Secretary to the PMO.[3]
