Michael Proctor (born July 14, 1967), nicknamed "the General", is an American former football quarterback who played three seasons with the Charlotte Rage of the Arena Football League. He was also a member of the Montreal Machine of the World League of American Football (WLAF) and the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football for the Murray State Racers, where he was inducted into the Murray State University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000 and his number 11 has been retired by the football program.[1]
