The Ministry of Youth and Children is a ministerial department in the Government of Spain responsible for proposing and carrying out the government policy on matters of youth and protection of minors.[1]
The department was created as part of the Sánchez III Government as a split from the Ministry of Social Rights and 2030 Agenda. It is headed by Sira Rego.
