On January 15, 2010, the Department of Defense complied with a court order and published a list of Detainees held in the Bagram Theater Internment Facility that included the name Moez Bin Abdul Qadir Fezzani.[1][2][3]
There were 645 names on the list, which was dated September 22, 2009, and was heavily redacted.[1][2]
Moez Bin Abdul Qadir Fezzani is also the name the Department of Defense has given for a Guantanamo detainee.[3] Italian TV stations have reported the Guantanamo detainee Moez Bin Abdul Qadir Fezzani is scheduled to be sent to Italy to be tried on terrorism charges.[4][5][6]

...what is confusing is that a prisoner with the same name (Moez Ben Abdelkader Fezzani, also identified as Abou Nassim) is held in Guantánamo, where he appears to be identified as Abdul bin Mohammed bin Ourgy.

At the time of writing, questions remain about the alleged crimes committed by the three Tunisians in Italy, and what rights — if any — the Italian government plans to give them to appeal the supposed evidence against them. According to various Italian media reports, the arrest warrants issued in 2007 for Riyad Nasseri (also identified as Riadh Nasri) and Adel Ben Mabrouk (identified as Moez Fezzani) were "for conspiracy to commit a crime, encouraging illegal immigration and a number of crimes linked to terrorism," including involvement in the Salafist Group for Call and Combat (GSPC), a splinter group of Algeria's notorious Armed Islamic Group (GIA), and that Ourgy (identified as Abdul bin Mohammed bin Ourgy) was "suspected of having had links in Milan with people who sought volunteers to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan with Islamic insurgents."

Private TG5 identified the man as 40-year-old Moez Ben Abdelkader Fezzani, also known as Abou Nassim, and said he was expected to land Sunday night at Milan's Malpensa airport. A prosecutor confirmed the name on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media... A 2007 Italian arrest warrant accuses Fezzani of several terrorism-related charges, including being a member of an al-Qaida-linked terror group.
