Muhammad Ajmal Variyathodi (born 1 June 1998) is an Indian track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres.[1] He won a silver medal at the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event at the 2022 Asian Games.[2] In 2023, he won a gold medal in the 4×400 metres at the 2022 Asian Games.[3] He also competed in the same event at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, reaching the final after having set an Asian record of 2:59.05 in the heats.[4] The team ultimately finished 6th in the final.
